About Goyararu Martial Arts

"Path to the Mind via the Physical Body" - An Ancient Art for Modern Times

A Personal Note From The Chief Instructor

"Enlighten yourself with the Art of Goyararu, listen to your instructor, try to develop a learning attitude and read the literature provided often and DO NOT be afraid to ask questions."

"Think positive and be patient even if you think you are progressing slower than your colleagues, don't let this deter you, because you will know that you are taking steps, however small, towards your goal."

"Goyararu when properly understood and practiced will give you happiness, contentment and enrich the passage of time."

— Mr. Ian Caslin (Chief instructor)
